Introduction

The "Enter Public Bidders" module allows you to add public bidders to the auction and print bid badges for current public bidders. 


Printing a Public Badge


To print a badge for an already existing bidder, select a sale date, select the appropriate printer, select the bidder from the "State + License#" dropdown (you can type this as well), then click "Save and Print Badge".


Entering a New Bidder


To enter a new bidder, select the yellow STAR icon to the right of the dropdown and enter the requested information. In short, this star icon will open the "Enter Public Records" module from within this module, allowing you to add a new public bidder to the system on the fly. When you have finished entering all required information (marked with an asterisk), click save.
