Introduction
A zero balance account (ZBA) is an account in which a set balance is maintained by transferring funds to and from a master account. Although this is known as a zero balance account, this can also mean that a specific balance is set, such as $50,000, instead of $0.
An organization may have multiple zero balance subaccounts. For those auctions utilizing ZBA account banking, this utility is used to enter the ZBA bank entries into your system for bank reconciliation purposes. Upon selecting this module, you will be brought to the ZBA (Sweep) Entries module.
