Introduction
The Enter/Clear Gatepasses module allows users to execute gatepasses, thus, showing vehicles as being out of inventory. Typically, this process also moves all Inventory Charges to the buyer's or seller's A/R, whoever owns the vehicle at the time of being Gatepassed.
Searching Gatepasses
To execute a gatepass, enter or scan the gatepass, ensuring the Gate Date is correct. This will prompt a confirmation to enter a gatepass, or clear a gatepass that has already been executed.
