Introduction
In this module you can sell a vehicle off of the Block as well as look at Block Records for previous sales.
When you first come into the Manage Block Records module you will see all previous sales on the left. There is also a function to search by sale date.
Selling a Vehicle
Select "New Sales Order" and the pop up window will populate. Select a lane, Auctioneer ID, Clerk, Sale Date, and Lot Number. The system will then populate the vehicle information based off of your selection. Verify that the vehicle has a light set - if not you will need to select one. Enter the buyers Badge Number, Bid price and the action ( Sale, IF) and save.
If the buyer was not assigned a badge you can select the star next to the badge number field. Search for the dealer in the "issued to" field (pictured below) then save
