This is a Windows permissions issue. To resolve, you must navigate to the 'Program Files' folder on your C drive. In there, you will see an 'AWG Remarketing' folder. Right-click on this, and go to 'Properties'. In some cases, you will select the security tab, and select 'Full Control'. In other cases, you may need to simply deselect the radial button marked as 'Read Only'.
