This is caused by the feed from your Auction Management System or other technology partner sending multiple inventory feeds as "current Inventory" to WTG Simulcast if the same vehicle has been marked with a sale status. This can be resolved by going to the system settings page -> system options -> Do Not Recreate Vehicle Record If Previously Sold On The Same Event.
